Ready an' Willing is the third studio album by Whitesnake, released in 1980.

The album was recorded in early 1979 and late 1980 at Ridge Farm studios, Surrey, and London's Central Recorders Studio and Sauna. The album reached number six in the UK Albums Chart, and also became number one, surpassing the charts in other countries. Thus, in Norway there are 32 years of sowing, and in the USA - 90.

Two songs from the album were included as singles. “Fool for Your Loving,” which preceded the release of the album, reached number 13 on the UK Singles Chart in 1980, and number 53 on the US Billboard Hot 100 in 1989. In 1989, it was re-recorded for the album Slip of the Tongue. The new version peaked at number 37 on the Hot 100 and another spot on the Mainstream Rock Charts; the UK release failed to beat the success of the original, only reaching number 43. The title "Ready an' Willing (Sweet Satisfaction)" reached the 43rd month in Britain.

In 2006, EMI reissued the album on CD, adding five bonus tracks. Bonus tracks included the previously unreleased “Love for Sale” and compositions recorded during the band’s appearance at the Reading 1979 rock festival: cover version of the song “Ain’t No Love in the Heart of the City” by Michael Price and Dan Welsh, cover version Deep Purple's song "Mistreated", which was originally released on the Burn album, as well as the songs "Love Hunter" and "Breakdown" from Whitesnake's previous albums.
